* Education is a point of difference at 2BU with our team receiving a minimum of Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter color and cutting techniques as taught by Aveda and ongoing skin care education at least 6 times a year. Our team meets monthly for in house education and our Apprentices meet weekly for in house education.

o Guest Care Coordinator Education is also important and ongoing. We are consistently attending online education, in house coaching sessions and Aveda education

o Education is also provided to our General Manager and the entire team of managers with ongoing online education, Salon Development Partner education and Regional Education taught by Aveda corporate.

o All team members receive bi-monthly personal coaching opportunities

* Just as important is ensuring every guest is also educated about how to replicate their new style, how to continue seeing benefits of a skin care treatment and how to create an effective home maintenance regimen for hair, skin, nails or overall wellness. Included in our spa services is a full size product to begin your home maintenance care.

* …”to the ways in which we give back to society.” In alignment with the Aveda mission, we are consistently participating in various community and environmental events. We celebrate Earth Month daily, by accepting donations on behalf of our Earth Month Partners. We are a Locks of Love donation location where we will donate the cost of your cut when you donate 10” or more of your hair. We are establishing the 2BU Foundation to assist local not for profit organizations that aid in the wellness of our society. And lastly, we are committed to consistently partnering with Fashion Square’s charity initiatives.
